Publication Schedule
Our newsletters are published according to established monthly schedules for each community we serve. Publication dates are set in advance and communicated to all advertisers and subscribers.
Advertisement Processing
Advertisement orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a proof of your advertisement for review before publication when applicable.
Digital Content Delivery
For any digital content or proofs, delivery will be made via email. You will receive all necessary communications through the email address provided during order placement.
Advertisement Submission Deadlines
To ensure timely publication, all advertisements must be submitted by the specified deadline for each issue. Deadlines are strictly enforced to maintain our publication schedule.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality publication services. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Unpublished Advertisements: Full refund if your approved advertisement is not published in the agreed-upon issue due to our error
- Quality Issues: Full or partial refund if your advertisement is published with significant errors that occurred after your final proof approval
- Duplicate Charges: Full refund for any verified duplicate charges
- Cancellations: Full refund if cancellation is requested before the advertising deadline for the upcoming issue
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days.
Order Verification
For security purposes, some orders may require verification before processing. In such cases, we will contact you within 24 hours to verify your order details.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive a payment confirmation email for your records.
Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the advertising deadline for the upcoming issue
- Changes to advertisement content must be submitted before the specified proof approval deadline
- Late cancellations or changes may not be possible due to publication schedules
